And then she did it again.  For mothers day two years later I was pregnant with G.  Yes, my mother-in-law graciously handed me another little gold box in it so delicately laid this {picture shown above} a set of wings with a card that read, "Grace" "Effortless beauty. Live with love and gratitude." Once again tears streamed down my face and I muttered out a thank you.
